Joseph Perrier Champagne

Since 1825 the family-owned Grande Marque House of Joseph Perrier has quietly built up a reputation and tradition for the very highest quality Champagnes.
The family vineyards are located in the Vallee de la Marne villages of Cumieres, Damery, Hautvillers, and Verneuil. In Hautvillers can be found the monastery where the cellarmaster monk Dom Perignon worked and the church with his memorial.
The House of Joseph Perrier is found in the historic capital of the Champagne region, Chalons-en-Champagne. Here the cellars are over two miles long.
First carved out of the chalk by the Romans, then by the family, they provide the dark and constant temperature necessary for the production and ageing of top champagnes. Champagne Joseph Perrier is careful to age its’ wines for longer than most to ensure the round and enjoyable house style is continued for your enjoyment now and long into the future.
I am often asked what is my favourite wine and I usually quip “ Whatever is in my glass”. However I have been thinking about this in regard to Champagne. And I can answer “What is my favourite champagne ?” quite easily. Its Joseph Perrier.
On an ordinary day You will often find a Frazier at home with a glass of Joseph Perrier and if we are celebrating it may well be the vintage or the vintage rose. A real celebration such as the birth of my niece last week will be washed down with a bottle of Josephine.
Ah that's fine you say you are a wine merchant. I am. However in a glass of Joseph Perrier is Champagne. Not a marketing budget. So if you would like a glass of Champagne I can thoroughly recommend my favourite Joseph Perrier.
