Grapes: A blend of 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier
Bright, pale yellow. On the nose, there are abundant, ripe orchard fruits, particularly pear, with a hint of spices. Incisive Chardonnay on entry, then fine, mature Pinot Noir and Meunier fruit on the mid-palate.

Now in the very capable hands of Jean-Claude Fourmon, a direct descendent of Paul Pithois, Joseph Perrier own roughly 21 hectares of vineyards on the Northern Slopes of the Valle de la Marne, which satisfies 30% of their production and ensures consistency and quality. Joseph's Cuvée Royale Brut NV is aged in Roman Cellars for a minimum of 3 years.
