Pato Torrente Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2011. This Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in Chile's Central Valley, whose vineyards are watered by the cold, crisp streams that cascade from the Andes and that are at home to the brightly-coloured Torrent Duck, "Pato Torrente". Crisp and refreshing, this Sauvignon Blanc has a fresh and highly expressive fruit aroma packed with juicy lemons and a hint of lime. Best enjoyed with all kinds of fish and shellfish, cheese, or as an aperitif.
