Cape Mentelle Cabernet Merlot 2007. Margaret River. Cape Mentelle's vineyards lie in the far south west corner of Western Australia, where the Margaret River meets the Indian Ocean. Tradition vinification methods, including maturation in French and American Oak barriques, have produced a rich and elegant blend with Merlot adding softness to the more powerful Cabernet. This wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to ten years.
