Chateau Lafon Rochet 4eme Grand Cru Classe 2006. Superbly situated adjacent to both Lafite Rothschild and CosDEstournel. 40% of production allocated to second wine. 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2%Petit Verdot. There is impressive weight & structure here, a deep, powerful wine with lots of black fruit and some solid tannins at the finish - very good value. Drink 2012
