A Bordeaux style blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
An intense red colour still showing purple tones. Excellent spicy notes (black pepper, cloves) on an fruity aromatic base, rich of well ripened fruit, finishing with some vegetal notes. Remarkably tasty, it shows sweet tannins, well in balance with the wood tannins. Very persistent. Finish still evolving during bottle maturation.Great with for braised meet, read meats in full-bodied, robust sauces and game. Goes very will with seasoned cheeses. Note: Uncork in good time and serve at 18°-20°C.

It is an appointment long awaited throughout the year by the two friends: a couple of days undisturbed in the cellar, tasting each wine, barrique after barrique, assessing, suggesting, tasting, correcting, testing and testing again, until they find the right balance, the harmony, the point where they come together perfectly. This will be the recipe for that year: a wine which gives expression to each grape from which it originates, and to the vintage.
