The classic champagne cocktail
Serves one
- 1 sugar cube
- 3 drops angostura bitters
- 25ml cognac
- 100ml champagne (chilled)
- Drop the sugar cube into a champagne glass and cover with a few drops of angostura bitters.
- Top with the cognac.
- Slowly top up with champagne, tilting the glass slightly.
