Pale yellow in colour. Light, fruity, melon, pineapple, toast and mineral aromas. On the palate it is pleasant, fruity, complex, lemon zest, fig and buttery. There’s lovely faint heat lingering at the finish. Delicious!
The perfect partner to chicken fricassee or teriyaki salmon.
