To celebrate the release of the 25th Bond film, Champagne Bollinger has produced a limited-edition champagne from the 2011 vintage. This exceptional year inspired the Cellar Master to create a unique champagne made exclusively from the Pinot Noir of the village of Aÿ. This is the first time that Bollinger has created a cuvée solely from this historic cru, where the House has been based since its creation in 1829. The extraordinary harvest of 2011 led to the creation of Pinot Noir which is complex, powerful and harmonious, celebrated in this wine of great character.
“It brings me an immense amount of pride to be celebrating 40 years of partnership between the Bollinger and the Bond families, it is a testament to the friendship started in 1979, between my father Christian Bizot and Cubby Broccoli. The many shared values such as excellence and elegance, combined with an ever so British spirit ensure a long-lasting partnership.” Etienne Bizot, Société Jacques Bollinger CEO
