Fresh aromas of juniper, citrus fruit and spices with elegant, crisp with juniper and green fruits upfront, followed by warm spices and earthy undertones. A full bodied finish expressing aromatic complexity.
Unlike most other gins, where a neutral grain spirit is simply redistilled, they press their organically grown cider apples from the family farm; fermenting them into cider, then distilling into the Naked Chase. Then Chase re-distil the Naked Chase with eleven carefully considered wild botanicals and naturally pure water taken from the aquifer running underneath their cider apple orchards
The Spirit of Herefordshire. Made from organically grown apples from the Chase Distillery, each batch is distilled 100 times by passing twice through a copper pot and unique 70 foot column, with 42 bubble plates. It is then finished in a pretty little carter head style still to give you this gin with tears and a perfect pedigree.
