Château Beaumont 2019 is characterised by roundness, harmony and fruitiness. The Merlot gives a lovely fruitiness and some sweetness, while the Cabernet Sauvignon brings concentration and the Petit Verdot a spicy touch.
"Clearly the best vintage of Chateau Beaumont ever produced, the wine exudes sweet, ripe, red pit fruits with touches of chocolate and espresso. Soft, round, sweet and polished, the ripe red fruits enjoy lingering on your palate. Forward in style, so you can enjoy it early in its youth, yet still age it a bit for more complexity"
90/100 points, Jeff Leve, THE WINE CELLAR INSIDER, March 2022
"The 2019 Beaumont has turned out very well, wafting from the glass with aromas of sweet berry fruit, pencil shavings and loamy soil. Medium to full-bodied, supple and enveloping, with a fleshy core of fruit, lively acids and melting tannins, it's charming and nicely balanced. It's the finest wine from this large château that I can remember tasting."
90/100 points, William Kelley, WINE ADVOCATE, April 2022
Drink with all red meats, particularly beef and venison.
