Château Olivier 2017 Pessac Leognan 6 x 75cl 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot.
Mid to deep crimson. Lovely cassis purity of fruit. Lightly cedary. Dry and relatively light on the palate. Doesn't have the richness of some in this vintage but does have freshness and elegance. Just a little too dry on the finish, like unbuttered toast. (JH)
