Produced in the heart of the Cotswolds, Minnie & Angus' Copper Lion is a hand-made, small-batch gin containing 12 botanicals which has a nose of cut grass, jasmine and fresh citrus. The palate has rich juniper and creamy gingerbread cake notes, finishing with soft cinnamon and lingering sweet, orange marmalade.
Copper Lion gin is distilled very slowly, without use of the columns, using only the copper pot going directly to the condenser giving a rich body to the spirit and lots of complexity.
Recommended served neat, as a G&T, with ginger ale, or as a Martini cocktail.
