Grape: 100% Pinot Noir, limestone & chalky clay soils, hand picked, traditional method (bottle fermented) production, aged 4 months on fine lees, 3.4g/L residual sugar (dry)

Producer Tasting Note:

Colour: brilliant, salmon-pink, even bubbles, refined and abundant, persistent bead. Aroma: red and black berries, wild strawberries, red currant, fresh thyme, discreet roasted notes, brioche and tarragon. Palate: fresh through to the end and harmonious, the same notes as those expressed by the nose, and aromatic herbs (tarragon and sage).

"Floral, this expressive rosé sparkler shows a streak of saline-tinged minerality, with ripe cherry, rose hip, singed lemon and pink-grapefruit-zest notes."
