An aromatic white wine. Bright yellow in colour with interesting notes and deep green reflections. Grassy, citrus aromas blend with yeasty, dusty notes. Aromas of lime and fresh grapefruit, orange blossom, lemon leaf and lychee. On the palate, it shows a medium-body, with a crisp texture and a pleasant delicate acidity. It is fresh and juicy on the finish.

This is a great aperitif wine or an excellent option to accompany light first courses, ideally green salads or seafood. It goes well with white meats, light sauces and vegetarian dishes. Cheese-wise, it’s ideal for ripe cheddar, gruyere and soft cheeses in general.
