Grapes: A blend of Gewurztraminer and Riesling, unoaked, 49g/L residual sugar, sustainable winemaking
This delightful white is a remarkably good 0% alcohol wine. A highly aromatic wine, with scents of rose water, musk and lemon zest. Offering a generously sweet palate of Turkish delight, lychee and spice from the Gewurztraminer, plus citrus grapefruit, peach and balancing acidity from the Riesling.
Wine is de-alcoholised using the newest SIGMATEC technology from Schmidt. The process is a distillation under vacuum. This allows the elimination of alcohol at low temperature (30-35° C), thus with a minimum aroma loss.
Food Match: This wine really works for those looking to avoid alcohol and is a great match for Asian cuisine, chicken curry or Pad Thai, and soft cream cheeses such as Brie, Camembert or Feta.
