Grape: 100% hand harvested Riesling, unoaked, sustainable farming
This electric Riesling was whole bunch pressed and fermented to retain a hint of sweetness in an off dry style. Pears and stone fruit dominate the bouquet, together with hints of quince. The sweet taste of pears and peaches comes through on the palate. This medium bodied wine has a good texture and fine balance.

"Already drinking well, the richly scented 2022 vintage was estate grown and hand-picked at two sites in Felton Road. Light lemon/green, it is intensely varietal and vey finely poised, with generous, vibrant, peachy, citrusy flavours, fractional sweetness, invigorating acidity and a long finish."
