Grape: 100% Chardonnay, grown at 700 m.a.s.l altitude, practising organic, hand picked, fermented in stainless steel, no malolactic (to retain acidity), unoaked
Pale yellow in colour, this Chardonnay has a fresh and fruity nose with notes of pineapple, pear and lemon zest. These ripe aromas carry through onto the palate, mingled with flavours of white stone fruit and balanced by a dry, refreshing acidity. The finish is soft and persistent.
