Bright straw yellow colour, with greenish reflections that highlight freshness and liveliness. Delicate and inviting aromas are perceived on the nose, with notes of white flowers, citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) and fresh fruit (green apple, white peach), accompanied by herbaceous and mineral nuances, typical of the volcanic soils of Colonna. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious and well balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a slight flavour that give character. The body is light or medium, with a clean and persistent finish, dominated by citrus and floral notes.

Food Match: Perfect to accompany traditional appetisers, such as bruschetta, supplì (Roman street food - deep-fried rice balls filled with tomato sauce and mozzarella), and light fried food. Roman first courses, such as spaghetti cacio e pepe, carbonara or gricia.
