JIM BARRY PB SHIRAZ CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2005

  • Who makes it?

Peter Barry is the winemaker here and he has always

been fascinated by the way these two wines interact when blended.

  • What does it taste like?

In a word….Fantastic!

Red currant and dried cranberry aromas, complimented by

a rich palate of prunes, blackberries and rosemary.

  • Where is it from?

It’s from the Clare Valley in South Australia

The Clare Valley is one of Australia's oldest wine regions.

It lies in the Mid North of South Australia, approximately 120 km north of Adelaide.

  • When do I drink it?

You can drink this wine straight away with its lovely soft, jammy characters

It is beautiful on its own but excels when matched with roast lamb.

  • Why should you buy this?

It’s not cheap….but it really is worth it, for that special occasion,

anniversary , intimate dinner or just to enjoy with friends you will not

be disappointed!

  • How do I know this?

Because I‘ve tried it and I love it!
