This medium bodied red wine has lovely ripe blackcurrant and raspberry fruit flavour with a touch of spice and is grown in an area where the sunny warm climate and ideal soil conditions allow the quality of the grapes to shine through.
It goes well with red meats, pâté, lamb and game included. It suits spicy sauces or strong condiments. When pairing it with cheeses, go for Brie, Gorgonzola, Camembert or Cheddar.
