Aromas of white fruit (pears, peach skins) combined with white flowers and tropical notes. Clean and powerful with apple and citrus flavours, silky, smooth and fresh with a harmonious and long aftertaste.
The grapes come from their own vineyards in the Rioja alavesa drylands. They are harvested in the first half of October when they reach their optimum ripeness. The clean must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 14 ºC for 15 days.
An excellent match for Shellfish dishes as well as Chicken and Turkey.
