From a great vintage in Macon for white wines. A golden colour pleasing on the eye with green reflections. The nose is characterised with minerals notes expressive but elegant. In the mouth one notes a good acidity and roundedness. Very good prolonged minerality with light notes of dry fruits and nuts. The finish is very clean without bitterness and is full of finesse.
As far back as the 17th century, the name of Talmard can be found in the viticultural records in Macon. In 1997, Paul Talmard handed on the baton of the 30 hectare wine estate to his daughter Mallory and his son-in-law Benjamin, who have successfully taken over from him. Skill and love of the vine are still the watchwords of the Talmard family.
