Grape: 100% Gamay, 40-80 year old vines, hand picked, from nine different certified organic vineyards on granite soil, partial carbonic maceration, with 6 months ageing in barrels and casks.
A small (5ha) domaine located in the town of Romaneche-Thorins. Organic since 2012.
A powerful and structured cru du Beaujolais. Violet aroma with an emphasis on the fruit. Spicy tannins rounded by the oak with well integrated tannins. Very long in the mouth.
