A white green colour, the nose is fine, delicate with notes of white fruits, cherry plum and crystallized citrus fruits. The mouth reveals spicy and slightly acid notes, on candy aromas.
Petit Chablis is from an area of Burgundy just outside Chablis. Petit Chablis is lighter than Chablis but so typical of it's soil. It's vines grow on a portlandien soil, thus very calcareous, which gives a fruity and floral wine.
An ideal aperitif or matching with light fish dishes, salads and chicken dishes.
