A blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz aged in very old 600 litre oak casks and other old oak vats.
This has rich nutty, dried fruit aromas and luscious, sweet raisin, mocha chocolate, spice and medjool date flavours on the palate.

Showing fine complexity for a 10, this adds a hint of treacle around the edges on opening and then becomes a classic 10--fresh and lively. It has a sweet conclusion, but the nice acidity keeps this on track. It's sunny demeanor and impeccable balance make it a pleasure to drink. "
