Spanish Fiesta 6 Bottle Wine Selection 

Bring some Spanish sunshine into a gloomy winter's night with this exciting selection from some of the great wine regions of Spain. A really great mix that you’re sure to enjoy.

Bagordi Rosado, Rioja.

Vibrant, pale pink colour. Fresh, fruity aromas suggestive of strawberries, raspberries and forest fruits, alongside rose petals with a hint of spritz contributing to a refreshing sensation. A really beautiful organic Spanish rosé full of cherry, strawberry and green melon fruit, showing a creamy, rounded, texture. Then, tart Granny Smith apple and a squeeze of lemony citrus clean things up. A balanced and long finish. 

Albarino Bernon Bodega Aquitania, Rias Baixas.

Dry, crisp and refreshing white wine from Galicia, having a light yellow appearance, with fresh citrus and orchard fruit aromas. On the palate, silky and precise, showing good lift with a lingering, bitter-lemon, zesty note and underlying minerality. Classic Albarino.

Vega Tempranillo Blanco, Rioja.

This Rioja Blanco has complex and expressive aromas, intense notes of tropical fruits and white flowers over delicate hints of herbs. Unctuous and sweet silky texture from the ageing on its fine lees in French oak barrels. A complex wine which will keep well for many years to come.

Prios Maximus Roble, Ribera del Duero.

Aged in American oak, this is a full-bodied Tempranillo red with a powerful, clean bouquet of cherries, ripe blackberry and blueberry with hints of brioche, mocha, toasted almonds and hazelnuts. On the palate, it's silky smooth and mouth-wateringly juicy with soft tannins leaving a fresh aftertaste. 

Demuerte One Monastrell Cabernet Sauvignon, Yecla.

A wine showing a deep cherry red colour. Intense and sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe red fruit, completed with spicy and toasted nuances from its 6 months' ageing in French oak. A medium bodied palate with soft tannins, something earthy, and an unctuous mouthfeel.

Rioja Vega Crianza, Rioja.

Blending mostly Tempranillo and Graciano with a touch of Mazuelo and aged for 12 months in American oak, this Crianza has an intense, cherry-red colour. On the nose, there are notes of ripe blackcurrants and cherries which are well integrated with toasted aromas of cinnamon, caramelised tofee and butter. On the palate, this is a velvety wine with good structure and fruit levels finishing with hints of orange and violet.
