The Philosopher’s Daughter – embraces a selection of flavours that would have been carefully selected by the Daughter of one of the most revered philosophers of the Elizabethan age. Kathrine would have carefully selected botanicals from the ‘Knot Gardens’, which would typically include rose hip peel, rose petals, apple and cherries. When fused together each botanical beautifully balances, to create its sensuous unique flavour.
To Serve: Pair with Elderflower tonic, garnish with apple allowing the true flavours of our gin to fruition. Alternatively, simply serve neat over large ice cubes containing frozen berries.
