Producer Tasting Note:
The hints of crisp green apple and stone fruits on the palate are complemented by classic biscuit and brioche character typical of extended bottle maturation on the lees. This sparkling is everything you would expect of any superior sparkling wine; fresh, rich, rounded and full of complexity
Using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle and modern cool fermentation techniques, this dry sparkling wine combines the fresh acidity of English grapes with the delicate, clean fruit character unique to Three Choirs Vineyards’ terroir.
