Grape: 100% Pinot Noir from a chalky hillside vineyard in a cool part of the Languedoc. Part aged in French oak bringing complexity, spice and texture to the wine.
This beautifully bright red Pinot Noir is perfectly balanced. With notes of wild strawberries, menthol and smoky sensations. The finish is aromatic with long, fine tannins.
Food Match: Great with beef carpaccio and lamb tagine.
