Our Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 120 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item). 

If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If your item is faulty upon receipt, please get in touch with us within 30 days, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. The thirty days include transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, log into your account, view the order using the Complete Orders link under My Account and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll email you confirming your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

If you checked out as a guest, you must request a password reset using the same email address you placed the order with on the account page. You will then be able to initiate the return.
