Delivery and Delivery Charges
Deliveries are made by our own drivers, or by our dedicated carriers. For large orders we may switch to a pallet carrier to save on packaging waste.
Our carriers offer a next working day (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) service to the UK mainland, and all orders received by 12.00pm are processed that day if the items are in stock. If not in stock, we will let you know right away.
All UK mainland orders handled by our Carriers when possible give you a one-hour delivery time window, either by email or text.
To minimise packaging waste, wherever possible we use the original supplier box for onward dispatch to you. But, if these boxes are not up to the job we will re-pack your order into our eco boxes. We always make sure you get your wine in one piece.

Free over £85. Orders under £85 – £5.95
Tuesday - Warwick, Leamington, North Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull
Wednesday - Bromsgrove, Redditch, Birmingham Central
Thursday – Shirley, Henley in Arden, Tanworth in Arden, Solihull.
Friday - Warwick, Leamington, Knowle, Kenilworth, Coventry, Stratford upon Avon.
National Deliveries (the rest of the UK except Highlands and Islands)
Orders under £135 – £7.95
Orders over £135 free
There is a £1.50 Surcharge for addresses in the London Congestion Zone.
Highlands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles

Europe
Whilst we and our technology suppliers catch up with the new legislation we deeply regret that we are unable to offer shipments to Europe.
Rest of the world
Unfortunately, legislation and carrier requirements mean shipping to the USA and some other parts of the world can be difficult. That said, please don’t hesitate to contact us if there’s something you really want or need, and we’ll do our best to help.
Original Wooden Cases
We normally only offer these for local deliveries, or if you’re collecting them yourself.
Redirection Charges
To reflect costs to us from our carriers, redirected deliveries are subject to a £25 surcharge.
