Delivery

Deliveries are either made by our own drivers or our carriers (Interlink Express).

Our carriers offer a next working day (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) service to the UK mainland. All orders received by 3.00 pm will be processed that day if the item(s) is (are) in stock. If it is not in stock we will let you know.

All orders shipped by Interlink Express will for UK mainland deliveries receive a 1 hour delivery time via email or text message. For more information see our 1 Hour Delivery page.

In order to reduce the packaging waste, wherever possible, we will use the original supplier box for onward dispatch to you. Alternatively, if these boxes are not up to the job, we will re-pack into our premium boxes. We'd rather make sure you get your wine in one piece than risk breaking a bottle.

We will call you and arrange a mutually convenient time. Next day service also available.

National Deliveries (the rest of the UK except Highlands and Islands)

£8.95 Next Day Service (£4.95 for orders over £100, free for orders over £250)

£1.00 Handling Fee applied to addresses in the Congestion Zone London

Original Wooden Cases

Original wooden cases are normally only available for deliveries within our local area and for collection.
