Bollinger Rosé non-vintage is the first Champagne to come from Bollinger for more than 30 years. This Champagne is a crisp rosé blended from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes for a flavour of summer berry fruits. Fantastic, quality rosé Champagne.
"Pale-medium salmon with some onion-skin tones. Subtle vinosity, dark-chocolate touches and coffee lees. Savoury and feels complete – made as a rosé, not an afterthought. Delicate mousse, wild strawberry and orange-citrus, oxidative apple, nutty-chocolate lees. Lovely length. Superior to the Special Cuvée."
