Winemaker Ruth De Andres' wine is fresh and fruity with a vibrant, herbaceous touch (in fact, the word "verdejo" comes from "green"). An authentic Verdejo character that reflects our land: a continental climate with warm, sunny days and cold nights that produce fresh and intensely aromatic wines. Often blended with Sauvignon, Verdejo grapes produce wine of a similar style.
Pair with any kind of appetisers. Vegetables, grilled asparagus or any kind of salad. Also pairs with fish and an eclectic cheese dish. We love it with Japanese food.
