This fine sherry has a beautifully clean, brilliant and intense appearance. Pale yellow colour with attractive glints in the light. On the nose it's appealing and honest, with intensity and finesse originating from the prolonged contact with the flor. Delicate hints of salty air and camomile. On the palate it's extraordinarily dry on the palate but then smooth and harmonious on the finish. Subtle, slightly, salty and with a persistent and pleasing flavour.

Through the fractional blending “solera” system it has been aged for 6 years and is Spain’s best selling Manzanilla.
