Flavours of baked/stewed apples and vanilla with a rich, buttery texture come through on the palate with further hints of honey suckle and tropical fruit, which are all balanced by soft and creamy acidity.

The estate at Premeaux-Prissey, a small village near Nuits-Saint-George, has been in production since the 18th century and has been farming organically since 2013. Bertrand and Martine Ambroise have handed over much of the day to day running of the estate to their children, François and Ludivine. The estate style is one of rich opulent whites and full-bodied, powerful reds that age spectacularly.
