Sweet white wine. A light golden colour with a complex nose of fruity yellow peaches, melons, peony, almond paste, cinnamon and white pepper. In the mouth fruit predominates with a good balance and a lot of freshness with peppery notes.
This is a wine of great complexity and great power. Rich and spicy dishes such as Foie gras in brioche, caramelized pork, fresh goat cheese with honey or even mint melon soup are ideal partners.
