The little known appellation of Quincy, situated between Menetou-Salon and Reuilly at the eastern end of the Loire, produces really crisp Sauvignon Blanc wines and, at Chevilly, one of the top domaines in the region, Yves Lestourgie has been making wines here for 20 years.
Aromatic, with floral notes of broom and boxwood along with citrus fruits and a touch of gunflint.
Pair with fish, seafood and goat's cheese.
