This electric Riesling was whole bunch pressed and fermented to retain a hint of sweetness in an off dry style. Pears and stone fruit dominate the bouquet, together with hints of quince. The sweet taste of pears and peaches comes through on the palate. This medium bodied wine has a good texture and fine balance.
An excellent food wine, full of flavour, so it can hold its own against quite strong flavoured cuisine. Also excellent with fish and seafood.
