Grape: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, unoaked
Produced by Les Vins de Alexander Krossa winery in the Languedoc.
Brilliant with a deep red colour, intense and complex nose of sweet spices and jammy red fruits (blackberries), smooth and fleshy attack, present but supple tannins, good length in the mouth.
The grapes are harvested when they are ripe and completely destemmed; after a pre-fermentation cold maceration, the fermentation takes place under controlled temperature. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks. Aged in vats for 12 months.
Drink with meat in sauce, roasted meat & game.
