Grapes: A blend of approximately one third each of Malvasia del Lazio, Malvasia di Candia and Trebbiano Toscano. From vineyards around Rome.
San Marco Frascati has a light, straw yellow colour, with a delicate lemony nose. In the mouth it is clean and well-balanced with hints of lemons, peaches and honey.
Ideal served chilled as an aperitif or with starters, bruschetta, crostini and pizza. Excellent with pasta and risotto dishes, white meats and fish.
