100% Pinot Noir sourced from a single parcel AH83 (La Côte à Bras) in the premier cru village of Cumières.
The nose opens with tangy, delicate notes of freshly squeezed citrus fruits, grapefruit and mandarin. The palate is vinous with plenty of attack and pronounced mineral notes. Long, harmonious finish dominated by zesty, lemon freshness.
Separate, small lot, fermentation followed by ageing in bottle on its lees for 7 years. Zero dosage, Brut Nature, style Champagne, so bone dry in taste.
In the cellars the production is completely traditional, wherever possible done by hand. Each bottle is handled by around 10 people during production.
