Grapes: Blend of 50% Rolle (Vermentino) and 50% Viognier

"Les Collines de Laure" (The Hills of Laure) brings together a blend of grapes from the Rhône and Provence with grapes chosen from carefully selected parcels in the best terroirs. This is a lovely fusion of regions where the Provençal grape Rolle (aka Vermentino) joins Viognier in a textured, weighty yet elegant white. Traditional vinification, with a long fermentation at low temperature is then followed by bottling quickly to preserve the wines wonderful freshness and fruit.

A bright yellow colour with green highlights. Delicate nose of white flowers with hints of fennel, white peach and pear. The palate is fresh and structured, nicely rounded, with a surprising long finish.

"Boldly perfumed notes of Oriental lilies and freshly cut grass introduce this 50/50 blend of Vermentino (known as Rolle locally) and Viognier. Slim and vibrantly balanced, it's a peachy, heady dry white highlighted by a piercing mineral lift and crisp tangerine acidity. Best enjoyed now–2024."
