A well balanced wine with good weight of Chardonnay fruit. Apple, peach and grapefruit flavours. An excellent, bright and fresh wine with good structure and a creamy texture.
As far back as the 17th century, the name of Talmard can be found in the viticultural records in Macon. In 1997, Paul Talmard handed on the baton of the 30 hectare wine estate to his daughter Mallory and his son-in-law Benjamin, who have successfully taken over from him. Skill and love of the vine are still the watchwords of the Talmard family.
