Declared N.Z’s Best White Wine at the International Wine Challenge 2014

Pask Declaration Chardonnay 2012 (expected in stock soon) has received three Trophies at the prestigious International Wine Challenge in London.

The wine is now short listed as a contender for the Champion White Wine Trophy to be announced in mid-July.

The Declaration Chardonnay releases have consistently received Gold Medal awards since first being introduced in 1991.

The Declaration Chardonnay 2009 achieved a Regional Trophy and was voted the “best of the best in New Zealand” at the equally prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards 2012 in London.

Pask Managing Director and Winemaker Kate Radburnd said, “The award was a recognition of the development of Chardonnay in New Zealand”.

Kate added, “Chardonnay is such a versatile and expressive variety, we love working with it here at Pask; it consistently produces an elegant and diverse cool climate wine”.
