We supply only independent restaurants, wine bars, public houses and customers. We supply hand crafted wines from independent wineries and family run business with good value, quality wines.

Pre-prepared meals, created in industrial kitchens, together with the freezer,
boil-in-the-bag and microwaves, have transformed our the way restaurants operate.
It seems as if almost every other establishment now has the same menu,
prepared by the same methods, and served in the same manner.
We’re different. We're independent. And have been since 1976.
In Wilde’s, our chefs slave over a hot stove (literally) to prepare your meal,
using the freshest ingredients, sourced locally wherever and whenever possible,
and cooked from scratch, to order.
And then we complement your food with wines that have been chosen by lovers of wine,
not a brewery. And also with some beers chosen by us and our customers,
rather than inflicted upon us by a chain of pub entrepreneurs.
As you would expect, with this kind of menu, we don’t turn tables.
You are welcome to linger over your meal or a digestif.
So it’s always advisable to book in advance.
But compared with the trouble we take over your meal, that’s a minor inconvenience.
