Fancy a refreshing Gin and Tonic but looking for some fresher and slightly less alcoholic?
On a visit to Porto last year I was served my first port and tonic. It was destined not to be my last.
Taylor's Chip Dry is a dry white aperitif port. Mixed with tonic it is a deliciously fresh drink especially in combination with salted almonds.
1/3 chip dry white port, 2/3 tonic with ice lemon orange zest and a sprig of mint.
Simply quite special and I shall be pouring these at home over summer.
