Aromas include a charming mix of fresh red fruits (cherries & strawberries, plums & mandarins) along with intriguing spice notes of anise and lavender, the palate has a creamy, round texture with refreshing redcurrant, raspberry and cherry flavours, suggestions of brioche lead into an elegant, silky finish.
A blend of 58% Pinot Noir and 42% Chardonnay from four vintages. Currently based on the 2018 vintage (91%) alongside a dash each from 2014/2015/2016. Grapes sourced from Nyetimber's vineyards in West Sussex & Hampshire.
10g/l residual sugar. Disgorged in October, 2021.
