Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc fermented with wild yeasts and several months on the lees.
Pale gold with brilliant highlights, a nicely focused expressive nose with notes of tropical and white fruits. Taut palate with lovely full, ripe and succulent stuffing, a chalky impression, restrained freshness. Distinguished expression, crisp, fresh and dry from the flinty terroir of the Loire, displaying the typical smokiness of quality Pouilly Fume.
